Challenge
Anti-Rock Back
You see it all the time when a car comes to a complete stop. The car that was once pitched forward suddenly rocks back.

Those of us who are forever students, care about our driving skills, and/or want training while away from the track; this is not how we come to a complete stop.
How do we do this?
As the car is coming to a complete stop, release pressure on the brake pedal, but not so much that it allows the car to move past the desired stopping point. Tie the nose of the vehicle to the amount of brake pressure you are applying. Ideally, you never want to feel the car rock back after coming to a complete stop.
For the next 7 days, our challenge is to see how many times we can come to a complete stop without feeling that momentum shift.
“…our challenge…”? Yes, this is something I need to work on as well.

Jorge Martin shows us a clue to “Why this challenge is important?”
